PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY

After graduating from medical school at the University of Adelaide in 2006, Dr Chee went on to complete his internship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he also gained more experience in various surgical specialties as a resident.

It was his interest in treating acutely unwell patients that prompted him to train in intensive care medicine prior to commencing formal training in anaesthesia.

As a trainee on the South Australian and Northern Territory Rotational Anaesthesia Training Scheme (SANTRATS), Dr Chee has worked in most of the major metropolitan hospitals in Adelaide gaining a wide range of skills and experience.

Dr Chee obtained his specialist anaesthetist qualification in 2017 and currently works in the public as well as the private sector. When he is not working, Dr Chee enjoys photography, travel, and spending time with his family.
